Bison city hall leader censures ‘derisive philosophy’ after grocery store shooter’s supposed bigoted tirade

A day after a white youngster started shooting inside a Buffalo general store, killing 10 individuals, overwhelmingly Black, the New York chairman discussed the strength of his city.
