Vocation criminal busted for sex maltreatment in lower Manhattan metro lift

A vocation criminal with in excess of 40 captures has been busted for uncovering himself and scouring against a 33-year-elderly person inside a lower Manhattan tram lift, police said Thursday.

Elroy Cornelius, 37, was caught Wednesday and accused of sex maltreatment in the Dec. 19 episode at the Fulton Street station.
Police said the lady ventured into a lift during the morning busy time and was trailed by the suspect, who uncovered himself, scoured against her rear end then ran off.

Cornelius has around 45 captures, police expressed, most for misdeeds.
